Which floor plan do you need?
- 2D floor plan: included with Standard, Premium and Platinum. Shows the layout, room dimensions and gross living area.
- Interactive 2D floor plan: a clickable photo-navigation tour with room dimensions, $45 as an add-on, included in Premium and Platinum, or $100 on its own.
- CubiCasa 3D floor plan: a digitally furnished 3D layout model, $150 as an add-on, included in Platinum, or $225 on its own (no regular photos).

Why agents add a floor plan
A floor plan answers the questions photos cannot: how the bedrooms sit relative to each other, how big the rooms really are, and whether furniture will fit. That matters most for buyers who are relocating and cannot visit before they make a short list.
Floor plans are delivered with your photos, ready to upload to the MLS and share in your listing marketing.
Larger homes and travel
Standard, Premium and Platinum add +$25 per 1,000 sq ft over 2,500 sq ft. 3D floor plan: +$50 over 3,000 sq ft (up to 3,000 sq ft included). The interactive 2D floor plan scales from a higher square footage. Travel is free within 35 miles of Dothan, with fees beyond that listed on the service areas page.
