Panama City Beach runs along the Gulf of Mexico in Bay County, with Gulf-front condos, beach homes, and a huge vacation rental market along Front Beach Road and Thomas Drive. Beach aerials
An aerial is often the most important photo on a beach listing because it shows exactly how close the property is to the sand. Tyler is an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot and checks the airspace for every address; parts of the beach are near the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport and Tyndall Air Force Base, so some locations need authorization. Drone photos are $75 as an add-on or $125 as a drone-only session.
