Enterprise is the largest city in Coffee County and one of the busiest housing markets in the Wiregrass. It is the home of the Boll Weevil Monument downtown, and it sits right next to Fort Rucker, the home of U.S. Army Aviation. That mix of a steady local market and a regular flow of military families means listings in Enterprise have to look good online, because many buyers see a home on their phone long before they can walk through it.

Drone work near Fort Rucker
Parts of the Enterprise area sit close to controlled and restricted airspace around Fort Rucker and its airfields. Tyler is an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot and checks the airspace for every address before the shoot, requesting authorization where it is available. If a property cannot legally be flown, we tell you before the appointment instead of showing up and skipping the aerials. We do not fly on Fort Rucker itself, which is restricted military airspace.
For land and larger lots outside town, a drone-only session ($125) includes 15 to 20 edited aerial photos with lot lines, which is often the fastest way to show acreage, tree lines, ponds, and road frontage.
