Headland is a small Henry County town just north of Dothan, known for its downtown square and a mix of established homes, newer subdivisions, and farmland. Because it is so close to Dothan, Headland draws buyers who want a smaller-town feel with an easy commute.
Headland is only about 10 driving miles from our Dothan base, so there is no travel fee and scheduling is usually easy.
Show the home and the setting
Buyers looking in Headland are often choosing it on purpose for the space and the quieter streets. Good listing photos should show that: bright interiors, clean exteriors, and an aerial or two that shows the yard, the trees, and the neighborhood around the home.
We shoot bracketed HDR for natural, evenly lit rooms and include a 2D floor plan with every Standard package so buyers can see the layout before they visit.
Farmland, lots, and acreage
Much of Henry County is open farmland and timber. For land listings and homes on acreage, a drone-only session ($125) includes 15 to 20 edited aerial photos with lot lines, which shows buyers the shape of the parcel, the road frontage, and any ponds or outbuildings. Tyler is an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot and checks the airspace before every flight.
