Eufaula sits on the bluffs above Lake Eufaula, the Walter F. George Reservoir on the Chattahoochee River, and calls itself the Big Bass Capital of the World. The town has one of the largest collections of historic homes in Alabama, centered on the Seth Lore and Irwinton Historic District, plus lakefront homes and lots all along the shoreline.
Eufaula is about 51 driving miles from Dothan, just past our 50-mile line, so a $50 travel fee applies. Some addresses on the south end of the lake may be closer, so send the address and we will confirm.
Lakefront homes and lots
Lake buyers want to see the water, the dock, the slope of the lot, and the view from the house. FAA Part 107 drone aerials show all of that in a few frames. Tyler checks the airspace for every address, since parts of the lake are near Weedon Field.
Historic homes
